amigaremixget - Downloads a file from AmigaRemix

Usage: amigaremixget NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Downloads a file from AmigaRemix by using a result NUMBER from the
amigaremixsearch command output. The file will be downloaded to the
current directory if no DESTINATION is given.

Example:
> amigaremixsearch amiga echo
