DepotExtract - Downloads a file from OS4 Depot and extracts it

Usage: depotextract NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Depotextract works similiar to depotget but it automatically extracts the
downloaded file and deletes the archive. If no DESTINATION is given the
downloaded file will be extracted to the current working directory.
