FishReadme - Displays a readme-file for a file from the Fred Fish Disk collection

Usage: FishReadme <NUMBER>

FishReadme relies on the results from FishSearch and displays the readme
from a file.

Example:
> fishsearch shell util

A shell utility for accessing clipboard text.  Text can be written to or
read from any clipboard unit.  Supports multihunk text and can be
configured with two environment variables.
