asciiarenaget - Downloads a file from aSCIIaRENA

Usage: asciiarenaget NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Downloads a file from aSCIIaRENA by using a result NUMBER from the
asciiarenasearch command output. The file will be downloaded to the
current directory if no DESTINATION is given.

Example:
> asciiarenasearch luv
