MOSStorageExtract - Downloads a file from morphos-storage.net and extracts it

Usage: mosstorageextract NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

MOSStorageExtract works similiar to MOSStorageGet but it automatically
extracts the downloaded file and deletes the archive. If no DESTINATION is
given the downloaded file will be extracted to the current working directory.
