scnextract - Downloads a file from amigascne.org and extracts it

Usage: scneextract NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Scneextract works similiar to scneget but it automatically extracts the
downloaded file and deletes the archive. If no DESTINATION is given the
downloaded file will be extracted to the current working directory.
